Based on your needs we create a preliminary lesson plan with materials and methods that we believe will help you learn the best. Along the way your progress is continuously monitored and if needed your lesson plan is adjusted until you reach your goal.

MARGARETHA SKEFFINGTON
Swedish language instructor
Margaretha is a Swedish born native speaker.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
• Over 5 years professional teaching in Sweden.
• Teaching Swedish at Folkuniversitetet and ABF, two of Sweden's leading adult education centers.
• Has taught Swedish on all levels to both children and adults.
• Designing and teaching one-to-one lessons in medical Swedish for clients at Uppsala University Hospital.
• Teaching live online lessons for Swedish Classes since January 2011.
EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree in teaching Swedish as a Foreign Language, earned at Uppsala University in Sweden.
SARA HÖRBERG
Founder & Swedish language instructor
Sara is a Swedish native speaker from Uppsala.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
• Over 10 years experience of teaching Swedish as Second language.
• Has taught Swedish as second language at Folkuniversitetet, one of Sweden's leading adult education centers.
• Specialized in custom designed lesson plans for one-to-one students, ranging from doctors/nurses at Uppsala University Hospital to nuclear power plant engineers at Vattenfall.
• Started teaching online in 2008 and founded Swedish Classes in 2009.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
• Master's degree in teaching Swedish as a Foreign Language, earned at Uppsala University in Sweden.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, earned at Uppsala University in Sweden.
• Certified SWEDEX examiner.
• Trained in the evaluation of Swedish language skills of foreign medical professionals.
